K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Water

Last time I was here in London, the weather was mixed. Even though it was said to be the onset of Summer I did not feel like it. But I got to experience the proper English Summer (or the heat wave) this time. When I was wondering if it would even rain someday, there it was, one evening. But not like this in the photograph. It was just a drizzle. I took the photograph of the window pane with my phone, but since I wished for a proper rain to curb the heat, I added the rain effect using Pixlr 😉 water3.jpg

I always love looking at the sea, the lake, any water bodies. It is very calming. While we were at the Tower Bridge and looking at the passing boats and the waves of the Thames, I took these two shots of a boat carrying the cargo. Thought it would make a good GIF. So used GIF Creator and here is the effect. water.gif

🙂 It does rain frequently here. But I was surprised that summer can be very hot too. Thank you, LD ☺

I really like the GIF – it creates the effect of moving but getting nowhere fast 🙂

Thank you, Suzanne 🙂 I wanted to use those images and thought only a GIF would be right.
