What do you love about where you live? hmmm… Well, let me be your tour guide and show you around London (not that you haven’t seen enough of it already)
Well, for starters, you have a lot of ‘must see’ and ‘touristy’ places like this one (The London Eye)
If you plan well in advance you could see some of these very fancy parades that they have like the London Mayor Show, St Patrick’s Parade etc. It is free and fun to watch. Sometimes the weather can be a bit iffy and you might end up freezing your innards off, but it is still worth a visit.
During the festival season (especially between Halloween & New Year) you will see a lot of fancy light decorations everywhere in the city. It is free and it will lead you to do a walking tour of some of the very popular areas of London.
If you don’t fancy any of those then you can just walk by the Thames River or do a Canal Walk and enjoy some solitude (in most of the places). Walking is as always good for your health too.
And of course, there are way too many museums for you to pick and choose and enjoy a day in exploring science, fashion, history, or art. Most of it is free too.
These are just a few to start with. There are loads more but I guess I will leave that for some other opportunity. Until then, ciao and Happy Touring! 🙂
