This is the tag line for the short film ‘Writer’s Block‘. It sure is a different way to handle it and it draws parallels from two different worlds 🙂 I don’t know anything about writing and I ain’t obviously a writer, so I guess a writer should be able to judge how good this short film is or isn’t. I leave it up to them 🙂 . As far as I go, I enjoyed it 😉
Set in a prison for criminally poor writers, a gang of cons get a hold of the script to their own lives and attempt to re-write it in order to make their escape.
This wasn’t how I envisioned my Sunday to get over, with tears and a heavy heart. But I guess I brought it on myself when I chose this short film to watch. Am deeply moved. I have no clue about the city (Toronto) or why it is called so, as is described in the movie. But it is the same sad state of affairs everywhere. Some good dialogues too. Good night and Sweet Dreams and hope tomorrow is a brand new day.
I was browsing some short films before going to sleep and I absolutely loved this one. I do not believe in love at first sight. But this is so freaking cute. Did bring a smile on my face. If you are a believer, just be careful huh!!! Who knows when the arrows would strike 😉
Good night and look out for those arrows.
I like watching short films from time to time. Today I stumbled upon a website which has a good collection of those and properly cataloged too. I loved the ‘Miracle Fish‘ that was posted in the home page. The kid was super cute. In case you enjoy short films (most of them free, I guess) well, there is a new web address (http://www.filmsshort.com/) to check out.
